Lane Dr is our newest Concord residence — a six-bed home that's been fully renovated from the ground up with older adults in mind. Wide hallways, grab bars where they matter, soft lighting in every common area, and a layout that makes it easy to find your way, even if your memory isn't what it used to be.

This is the home we've built for families who want the best of what small residential care can offer: new everything, certified memory care, and the same one-to-three daytime staffing ratio we hold at every Sterling Estates home.

Lane Dr is staffed and designed with dementia and Alzheimer's care in mind. Our caregivers complete memory-care certification, and the home itself uses calm color palettes, clear sightlines, and secure outdoor access — the kind of design choices that reduce agitation and help residents feel safe.
